Are you new to dance? or our dance school? Then a discovery pass is the best way to come along and try all the classes we have on offer and DISCOVER what you love most!

This pass allows you to try all 3 of our Groovers classes for 2 weeks

Our Discover dance passes are only available to NEW STUDENTS. If you are a returning student please log in to your parent portal to enrol in classes, or reach out to Miss Nicole directly

Our Groovers Classes

Every one of our classes focuses on positivity, encouragement, inclusiveness and personal growth.All our classes cater to different levels of ability and experience. So if you have never danced before or are interested in trying a new style of dance, please don't hesitate to do so

Ballet/Lyrical, Jazz/Hip Hop and Acrobatics classes

Our emphasis at Little Groovers is about learning new skills and having FUN, so our dance classes for this age group are stress free for both child and adult. We have no concerts, no exams, no expensive costume fees and no selective competition teams. By doing this we create a friendly supportive environment for the children to thrive while having fun, learning new skills and creating wonderful friendships.

Ballet/Lyrical - Our Groovers Ballet/Lyrical classes will teach the foundations of ballet including posture, balance, coordination and grace while combining the emotion, storytelling and beauty that is Lyrical dance. These classes will help kids develop body awareness as well as improving their dance technique. Our qualified teachers will do this through the use of props, imaginative storytelling and fun games all designed to help teach movement concepts and keep the kids engaged and inspired for their next class.

Jazz/Hip Hop - This is a fun, high energy, funky dance class that will improve your child's confidence and coordination. This class will teach jazz technique such as skips, leaps and turns as well as some more funky hip hop dance moves such as isolations. popping and locking. This is the perfect class to allow your Little Groover to discover their own personal style and flair in our safe and nurturing dance environment.

Acrobatics - Our Groovers Acrobatics program is a fun and dynamic program that your Junior Groover is sure to love! Our qualified teachers will safely guide your child with games and exercises that will help them develop strength, balance, flexibility and coordination, as well help them safely master their acrobatic skills such as cartwheels, handstands and forward rolls. Our Junior Groovers acrobatics class is a great way for kids to learn new skills, challenge themselves and build confidence.

Public Holidays

There are no classes on public holidays and you will not be charged for any classes that fall on public holidays. Holiday workshops are held during the school holidays . Please see our holiday workshop page to find out when out next holiday workshop will be.

Groovers Dance and Acrobatics class prices

1 class $18 ($180 a term)

2 classes $34 ($340 a term)

3 classes $48 ($480 a term)

All Little Groovers classes are charged per term, based on NSW school terms. Enrollment is available anytime throughout the term. All families enrolling mid term will be charged accordingly. All prices include GST.

Annual membership fee.

Little Groovers has an annual membership fee of $25 (non-refundable). This is a one of fee and it is paid at the time of setting up your online account. It is to cover all administration, insurances and licensing for your classes.

*Little Groovers fees are to be paid by direct debit (auto pay). All Invoices are able to be viewed in the parent portal. Each term your invoice will be divided into 3 monthly payments and payments will be deducted from your nominated account or credit card on the date scheduled.

Location

Little Groovers classes are held at the Jamberoo Youth Hall, behind the IGA. Tuesday Morning classes however, are held upstairs at club Jamberoo (bowling club). There is plenty of parking directly outside the hall and in the main car park at Club Jamberoo
